ALVAO has been successfully certified as ITIL Process Compliant GOLD Level Endorsed through the AXELOS ITIL Software Scheme and under the PinkVERIFY toolsets for compatibility with 7 ITIL processes. 
ALVAO develops its products according to the world process standards for ITSM service management. ALVAO was the first company in the CEE region to become PinkVERIFY certified from independent certification authority PinkElephant, allowing ALVAO to use the ITIL swirl logo for its products.

ALVAO and its employees are members of itSMF, an independent and non-profit organization, which unites specialists of the ITIL methodology, which is a worldwide service management standard.
