The result was archived by creating and implementing a functional sample consisting of HW and SW components at selected locations in Ústí Region, Czech Republic. The goal is to identify heavy vehicles and limit their impact on state of low-class roads. The functional sample can identify heavy vehicles, read their number plate and use it for a restriction or to adapt dynamic traffic signs.
