Description

SmallDEVS is a new implementation of B. Zeigler's DEVS formalism. Itsdesign is based on Zeigler's book "Theory of Modeling and Simulation"and partially influenced by Python DEVS(http://moncs.cs.mcgill.ca/MSDL/research/projects/DEVS/).
