Abstract

Project aims at development and practical implementation of following methods of image data computer processing to be used in the conditions of Police of the Czech Republic: intelligent engine (player), which enables search in input video part with motion in a selected sector of an image, eliminate acoustic noise, focusing and reconstruction of damaged image with help of Super resolution technology.
