Vylepšení metod genetické optimalizace pro počítačové inženýrství
Project Period: 1. 3. 2017 - 28. 2. 2018
Project Type: grant
Code: FIT/FSI-J-17-4294
Agency: Brno University of Technology
Program: Vnitřní projekty VUT
genetic programming, grammar evolution, optimization, regulators, digital circuits
The aim of the project is to design advanced evolutionary algorithms that will be used in current complex computer engineering tasks. The project is divided into two stages of the solution. In the first phase, new methods of evolutionary design will be proposed, based on the improvement of the commonly used method of genetic programming and grammatical evolution. In the second phase, these methods will be used to design and optimize circuit elements such as arithmetic circuits and digital controllers. The integration objective of the project is to link the advanced knowledge of genetic optimization techniques (FSI) and genetic programming approaches (FIT).
