The objective of this phase is to design and implement the user interface and control layers charger so that it can be in other phases react quickly to market demands and customers. The control layer will be implemented by a mini computer (Raspberry PI or other commonly available) running on the operating system (Linux). The next development of the charger will include programming of this mini-computer or other peripherals (Bluetooth, WiFi, GSM, RFID reader, display). This mini computer will be designed to communicate with charging controllers so that it can transmit instructions from the user and also monitor the charging process, consumed energy, etc., and will be ready to keep this information for further processing or handover to the user.
