Laboratoř pro podporu vzdělávání expertů v oblasti počítačových sítí
Project Period: 1. 1. 2008 - 31. 12. 2008
Project Type: grant
Code: FR533/2008/A
Agency: Fond rozvoje vysokých škol MŠMT
Program:
computer networks, expert trainings, Cisco Academy, CCNP
A specialized laboratory of advanced communication technologies will provide tools and technologies to test design of large networks like entreprise networks with high-speed routing, L3 switching, security, mobility, IPv6 and converged networks with data and voice transmission.
Focus is put on modern and scalable technologies. The lab includes Cisco devices - routers with BGP, OSPF, IS-IS support, switches with MPLS, VLAN, QoS support, ASA device for security (firewalls, IPS), WLAN controllers to build scalable WiFi networks, blocks to build IP telephony network etc.
