The main aim of this project relating whole university is to support creating of excellent teams at BUT by involving of new fellow workers from other institutions into activities of the research and development teams at postdocs positions at BUT with emphasis on internalisation, multidisciplinarity, intersectoral mobility and cooperation. Above all there will be taken use of and supported the synergies among every RaD teams, which operate in interdisciplinary background of 5 faculties and 1 university institution of BUT. During the project realisation new postdocs will be chosen based on selection procedure who will gain great experience from international research and projects of international research. These young scientists will take part in professional education activities on national and international level which are related to subjects of their research. They will pass on their experience to other members of the research team and other target groups (staff and students of the university), who will thus have possibility to develop their professional knowledge and competency.
This project is co-funded under European Social Fund and under state budget of the Czech Republic.
