Abstrakt

Cílem projektu je návrh a funkční ověření datového modelu založeného na objektově
orientovaných principech. Jeho charakteristickými vlastnostmi bude: a) využití
deklarativního zápisu známého z funkcionálních jazyků pro manipulaci z objekty,
příp. využití funkcí jako datového typu b) schopnost zpracování multimediálních
údajů. Předpokládá se rovněž zahrnutí času jako vlastnosti datových objektů
a využití hierarchie nejen na úrovni definice tříd, nýbrž i na úrovni výskytu
objektů jako prostředku uživatelského pohledu na objekty. Bude studována možnost
využití modelu při implementaci informačních systémů. Z hlediska funkčního
ověření budou zkoumány metody zpracování multimediálních dat.
