Abstract
This publication deals with security of WiFi networks that use 801.1X authentication standard. Vulnerabilities of one of the most widely used autnetication method - LEAP are described in the article. Novel tool supporting 801.1X WLAN security audit is presented in the publication.
Annotation
Wireless networks in large organizations often use 802.1X authentication via EAP protocol. There are several EAP methods that can be used. This paper describes widely used method published by Cisco System called LEAP and its vulnerabilities and presents tool used for EAP method identification.
