In this paper we would like to discuss the processing of high frequency data and the way how the decision making can affect prediction of these data. At the input we have a set of data from multiple sources and from these data we extract behavioral patterns. Patterns can be described using business rules in machine readable format - we choose XBRL for its wide use in description of financial instruments and platform independency. We focus on the formalization of extracted rules by the rules of matrix grammar. Rules of these formal grammars and sequences of rules (matrices) let us control the flow of high frequency data and adapt its trend by the definition of restriction as the flow of data might be correlated by multiple criteria.
