Abstract

This paper describes implementation of Goertzel algorithm, that can be used for Discrete Fourier Trasformation (DFT) computation on Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs).

Annotation

Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) has already proved to be the best solution in cases, when hardware flexibility and/or reprogrammability was required. Recently, with the growth of their capabilities and speed, a new type of entirely different applications has arisen. The most important of these are probably hardware DSP algorithms. This paper describes implementation of Goertzel algorithm, that can be used for Discrete Fourier Trasformation (DFT) computation.
