Automatická tvorba více tkáňových MKP modelů z CT/MR dat

This article is dealing with problems of automatic creating of multitissues FEM models of living human tissues from CT/MR data. The solution is connected to grant project GA~106/98/K019 and GP 201/01/D141. Sources of geometric and structure information of the tissues are Computer tomography (CT) and Magnetic resonance (MR). Results are text files with coordinates of nodes and indexes of tetrahedral FEM elements. The files is possible to import to ANSYS FEM system. We have developed computer system for automatic creating of single tissue FEM model from CT/MR data. Actually we are working on changes of our system from single tissue to multitissues FEM models.
