Abstract

Communication is a major component of a successful project. Without effective communication, Key Stakeholders in a project may miss out on vital information and may not understand why change is needed. The best way to approach communication is to develop a clearly planned approach or strategy in whole communication process. The text describes different approaches to management of communication in projects, especially is targeted on processes specification described in ISO norm 10006 and international standards of IPMA ICB and PMI PMBOK. In conclusion the individual approaches are compared together.
