This article is dealing with problems of 3D geometrical modeling of human tissues based on medical image data, namely CT and MR data. Input CT/MR data are classified as discrete volume data describing structure of scanned volume. Therefore tissues segmentation is necessary to apply to the data. Geometrical vector based tissues models are described their boundary. To create them is necessary to apply vectorization process on segmented CT/MR data. Resulted geometrical models it is possible to apply for virtual applications or for real tissues models manufacturing. Their applications are: surgeries navigations and simulations, geometrical analysis, doctors training etc.
