The paper describes the Specific Attitude to Risk Management in global software development. We provide information how the software development is outsourced from U.S. global corporation across the world under the restrictions resulting from the current worldwide political situation.

This subscription is one of our preliminary articles focused on
research on risk management in global software development. We provide information how the software development is outsourced from U.S. global corporation across the world under the restrictions resulting from the current worldwide political situation. The real business data such as concrete identi¯ed risks and preventive processes are used and published for research community. The International Standards are mentioned as well as their application. Finally, we outline our incoming research in the risk management area - the sage of Genetic algorithms to achieve human-competitive machine intelligence in risk management.
