Abstract

The technical report contains the methodology developed for assessing the risks and determining the positive contributions resulting from the technical modifications. The methodology allows for defining the risks in various stages and phases of the modification preparation process: 1) the risk resulting from preserving the current state, 2) the risk resulting from operating the device with the technical modification implemented.
Presently, the methodology is in the verification process by a case study (in a cooperation with the industrial partners) and the efforts for setting up a prototype of the system that implements the "Methodology of assessing the risks resulting from the technical modifications" are underway.
