The paper deals with the incorporation of an uneven terrain surface to a dispersion model for simulation of a pollutant behavior in the atmospheric boundary layer. The model itself is represented by the advection-diffusion equation (ADE) that is a kind of partial differential equation. ADE is solved by well known method of lines in this work. The boundary condition of the terrain surface is defined as an elevation map with an impenetrable property. The way we have used to add the rough terrain as a variable boundary condition into the model is discussed. Some of the results from the performed simulations are presented at the end of the paper.
