Image analysis - local features, texture analysis, segmentation Image restoration - restitution, inverse filtering, optimised restoration Tomographic image reconstruction from projections - Radon transform, slice theorem, algebraic reconstructions, filtered back projection Image fusion - image registration, similarity measures, spatial trasnforms, spatial interpolation, stereo-reconstruction, movement and temporal development analysis, fusion based restoration

Learning objectives
Presentation of modern advanced concepts of image analysis. The aim is a deep insight into the methodology and simultaneously also introduction of students into discussion on philosophy of treated methods.
