Digital and Impulse Circuits

Impulse signal. Linear network RC, RCL. Methodology of linear circuit analysis. Semiconductor switching circuits. Digital integrated circuit. Flip-flops, timing and metastable state. Generation and shaping of impulses. Elements and circuits of semiconductor memories. Electronic circuits of interface. Signal along transmission lines. Switched mode power supplies.

Ability of synthesis and analysis of simple digital and impulse circuits and its modeling and simulation.
Learning objectives
Give knowledge to students with basic types of impulse and digital circuits, learn numerical solution of selected circuits and analysis of circuits by simulator MicroCap.
