Learning objectives
Students gain practical skills with switch configuration, Ethernet technology virtual LANs (VLANs). The course also deals with IP addressing, routing, basic configuration of routers, routing protocol RIP. The content of the course covers CCNA 1 (Introduction to Networks) and partially CCNA 2 (Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials).
This course provides support for getting CCNA cerificate (Cisco Certified Network Associate). Students are expected to enroll to I2C for further knowledge needed to receive the certificate.
By completing the course you will acquire the practical knowledge of computer networks. You will understand the principles of computer communication, and you will also learn how to set up different network devices and troubleshoot network configuration.
